FLOAT COMPETITION

A. MECHANICS:

1. Every participating tribe or barangay in a mardi gras contest shall have a float. Judges’ rating will not affect the mardi gras performance.
2. Every barangay is encouraged to participate in the float contest. It may be part of the mardi-gras or not provided it is relevant to the local festivity being showcased.
3. A float must be relevant to the local festivity being showcased.
4. A float may also depict the local products of the barangays.
5. Any form or type of vehicles is allowed and may use or setup any public information system.
